As a public university, there is no discrepancy between staff and student, and we provide equal access to UTB staff and student community. UTB staff has the right to access based on the following Perintah-Perintah Am (General Order) and UTB student based on the following student guidelines (Code of Conduct),

The above documents encompass a range of essential policies, including anti-discrimination and anti-harassment policies, as well as an anti-bribery and corruption policy, or their equivalents. To further reinforce our dedication to ethical practices, we have developed clear ethical values that encompass diversity, honesty, respect, and fairness. These values are enshrined in a publicly available strategic document, ensuring transparency and accountability.
