As part of UTB support to achieve the Nation's Vision 2035, UTB has released its Strategic Plan for 2024-28 in January 2024. In this strategic plan, UTB hopes to cultivate towering talents for a sustainable, global, and enterprising society, deeply rooted in our national philosophy (MIB) as we strive towards realising Wawasan Brunei 2035 as stated in its mission. UTB vision is to become “Global University of the Future”.

The office of the Planning and Development is responsible for drafting and publishing the Strategic Plan document. We will continue to assist UTB Executive Management and Principal officers to monitor and review the KPIs yearly in order to push for the achievement of UTB vision 2028.
