27th August 2024 - Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB) had the honour of welcoming Professor Hui Xie, Deputy Dean of the Institute of Scientific Research and Development from Chongqing University, China. The aim of the visit was to have a discussion on the potential collaborations between the two universities.
The discussions focused on exciting opportunities for collaboration, including joint research centers, academic conferences, and exchange programs for staff and students.
Present for the meeting were Professor Dr Ing. Yulfian Aminanda and Dr Zulkefle bin Ismail, Dean and Deputy Dean of School of Design respectively. Also in attendance are Dr Aiman Sukindar, academic staff from the School of Design, representatives from Corporate Communications Office and UTB Global Office.
The visit marked a significant step towards establishing a strong collaboration between the institutions.
