Following the Higher Education Virtual Expo 2021, Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB) held its Open Day to provide opportunity for the prospective students to interact directly with the lecturers and staff and gain more insight on UTB’s undergraduate, graduate and bridging programmes.
The UTB Open Day was also an opportunity for the public to find out more about UTB’s five new programmes – BSc (Hons) in Fashion Design and Technology; BSc (Hons) in Agrotechnology (Minor in Business); BSc (Hons) in Mathematical Finance; BSc (Hons) Communication; and MSc (by coursework) in Communication (Full-time & Part-time).
This year, UTB will also be shortening the duration of its undergraduate degree programmes under UTB School of Business, School of Computing & Informatics, School of Applied Sciences & Mathematics, School of Design and Centre for Communication, Teaching & Learning from four years to three years.
The event took place at the University’s Multi-purpose Hall. The Open Day was also participated by UTB’s satellite partners from Micronet International College, Kolej IGS and Kemuda Institute.
