Two separate sessions with Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB) Principal Officers and Directors were held to review UTB’s current Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and to discuss on UTB’s Strategic Plan for the year 2024 – 2028. The sessions were held at the university campus and The Empire Brunei respectively from 20 to 23 June 2022.
The four-day sessions were facilitated by UTB Vice-Chancellor, Yang Mulia Professor Dr. Dayang Hajah Zohrah binti Haji Sulaiman, supported by the Planning and Development Office (PDO).
During the KPI reviews, the attendees had the opportunity to present its achievements and updated KPIs under its purview up until June 2022. Issues and challenges were also shared to promote discussions on how these issues can be rectified collectively in accomplishing the University’s current vision and mission.
The outcome of the UTB Strategic Plan retreat was also fruitful and successful where the university managed to draft its new Strategic Plan for the upcoming years 2024 – 2028. New vision, mission, strategic focus areas and the university values were drafted and proposed at the retreat.
