Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB) participated in the Construction Industry Job Marketplace 2.0 organised by the Manpower Industry Steering Committee (MISC) Construction. The two-day job fair was held at the Ministry of Development’s headquarters.
Present to officiate the ceremony was the Guest of Honour, Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Ir. Awang Haji Suhaimi bin Haji Gafar, Minister of Development.
A total of fifty organisations participated in the event offering more than 250 job vacancies related to the construction sector as well as the positions of other general.
At the event, UTB was represented by lecturers from Faculty of Engineering and School of Design as well as staff from International & Public Relations Office. The aim of the exhibition was to provide information and guidance to the visitors on the programmes offered at the University.
Construction Industry Job Marketplace 2.0 is open to public until Sunday, 28 February 2021, from 9:00am – 5:00pm.
