26 April 2025 - Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB) participated in the prestigious Times Higher Education (THE) Asia Universities Summit 2025, held at Macau University of Science and Technology (MUST), Macau, China from 22-24 April 2025.
Representing UTB at this summit were Dr. Hjh Ena Kartina Binti Hj Abd Rahman, Assistant Vice Chancellor (Academic Affairs), Dr. Aida Maryam Binti Haji Basri, Director of Planning and Development Office (PDO), and Muhammad Hafizuddin Bin Abu Hasrah, Strategic Analyst Coordinator, PDO.
During the summit, UTB hosted an exhibition pavilion, highlighting its academic programs, research & academic achievements, and glocal engagements, which serves as a valuable platform for knowledge exchange, strategic partnerships, and discussions on advancing higher education in the region.
This follows UTB's significant achievement of being inducted into the Times Higher Education Asia University Rankings for the first time in 2025, marking a major milestone in UTB's journey toward global academic excellence.
