The Japan-Brunei Friendship Association (JBFA) donated a total of eleven Japanese dictionaries to the library of Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB).
Mr. Tadashi Hara, the country representative for Brunei Darussalam, Mitsubishi Corporation represented the JBFA for the book donation. Together with him was Mr. Takashi Tokuyama, Deputy General Manager and Yang Mulia Dayang Hajah Rohayati binti Haji Awang Damit, Assistant Manager, Business Relations, Mitsubishi Corporation, Brunei Liaison Office.
Receiving on behalf of the university was Yang Mulia Dr. Mohamad Saiful bin Haji Omar, Assistant Vice-Chancellor (Industry and Services). Also present were Hajah Dayang Siti Asmahlati Bolkini binti Haji A. Ahmad, Director of Corporate Communications Office and Hajah Noraidah binti Haji Maidin, Acting Head of Library.
