On the occasion of His Royal Highness Prince (Dr.) Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah Ibni Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Paduka Seri Baginda Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office, Pro-Chancellor of Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD), Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA) and Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB) 47th Birthday; UBD, UNISSA and UTB held a Doa Kesyukuran ceremony.
The ceremony took place at the University Mosque at Jalan Tungku Link.
Present as the Guest of Honour was Yang Mulia Dr Haji Azman bin Ahmad, Permanent Secretary (Higher Education), Ministry of Education. Also present were Vice-Chancellors of UBD and UTB, Rector of UNISSA, senior officials, lecturers, staff and students of the Universities.
The ceremony commenced with the mass Maghrib and Sunat Hajat prayer led by Yang Mulia Mohammad Amirul Rahmad bin Haji Mohammad, Mosque Affairs Officer followed by the mass recitation of Surah Yassin and Doa Kesyukuran. The ceremony concluded with the mass Isya prayer.
