12 May 2023 - DERETINA: Smartphone Fundus Imaging for Intelligent Detection of Eye Diseases (Diabetic Retinopathy), a joint research collaboration between UTB and Management Science University (MSU) was awarded the prestigious ITEX 2023 Gold Medal at the 34th International Invention, Innovation and Technology Exhibition 2023 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
