The Management Service Division was established under the Office of the Registrar and Secretary, UTB, in February 2024. The division plays a crucial role in fostering an organised, efficient, and responsive administrative environment. o Overseeing staff matters on contract renewals, salary reviews, and retirement planning. o Coordinating the Establishment Board (Lembaga Perjawatan, LPJ) and Senior Management Meetings for staff contract renewals and promotions. o Reviewing policies, guidelines, and procedures related to administrative matters to ensure alignment with UTB’s strategic objectives. o Managing SSM (Sistem Sumber Manusia) for staff appraisals and leave applications. o Overseeing staff service records, leave management, and information dissemination to staff. |
o Coordinating housing arrangements for contracted officers. o Addressing housing-related matters and concerns. o Organising transportation for short-term staff. |
o Ensuring the division’s processes comply with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification. o Reviewing policies to align with UTB’s standards and goals. o Managing and responding to feedback, satisfaction surveys and queries from staff and students. o Identifying areas for operational improvement. |
