UTB participated in the 15th Special Women’s Munajat Night, organised by the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Brunei Darussalam in collaboration with Ministry of Education, held at the University Mosque, Tungku Link, Gadong.
The ceremony commenced after the Maghrib prayer with Sayyidul Istigfar and Surah Al-Fatihah led by Yang Mulia Datin Paduka Professor Dr Dayang Hajah Zohrah binti Haji Sulaiman, Vice-Chancellor of UTB, a personal representative for the Minister of Education.
A mass recitation of Surah Al-Waqi’ah was led by Yang Mulia Dayang Hajah Fadhillah binti Haji Puteh, Education Officer, Belait Sixth Form Centre, followed by the reading of the Doa’ Munajat by Yang Mulia Dr. Norasimah binti Haji Omar, Deputy Dean of Usuluddin Faculty, Kolej Universiti Perguruan Ugama Seri Begawan(KUPUSB).
The event proceeded with a Tazkirah delivered by Yang Mulia Pengiran Norhayati binti Pengiran Haji Kasharan, Authority at Pusat Da'wah Islamiah, providing spiritual guidance and insights.
The recitation of Selawat Tafrijiyyah was then led by Yang Mulia Dayang Khuzaimah binti Haji Abd Ghafar, Education Officer, Sekolah Menengah Pengiran Anak Puteri Hajah Masna.
The event concluded with a Doa Peliharakan Sultan dan Negara Brunei Darussalam by Yang Mulia Dayang Nooraini Yanti binti Hj Hussin, Senior Religious Officer, Mosque Affairs Department, Ministry of Religious Affairs.
