  • Registration and Enrollment – Assisting students with course registration, enrollment verification, and maintaining accurate academic records.
  • Basic Enquiries – Serving as the first point of contact for students regarding academic-related concerns.
  • Student Records and Allowances – Managing academic records, transcripts, and processing student allowances in compliance with university policies.
  • Student Statistics – Collecting and analysing data to support academic planning and decision-making.
  • Examinations and Assessments – Coordinating examinations, grading processes, and academic assessments.
  • UTB ExperiencePLUS Programme – Enhancing students’ holistic development through experiential learning opportunities beyond the classroom.
  • Graduation and Academic Gowns – Overseeing students' academic gowns, processing degree certifications, and facilitating academic gown services for graduates.
