An Excel Spreadsheet Calculator for Bivariate Newton Interpolation

The objective is to find a bivariate polynomial interpolation numerically using Newton methods with bivariate datasets using Excel spreadsheets. The analysis is conducted by Newton interpolation method for large bivariate data with Excel spreadsheet. The user only needs to input the dataset into the interpolation formula to obtain interpolation function and interpolation value.
