The aim of this course/training is to enable participants to apply their knowledge and skills, and exercise professional judgement, in the application and evaluation of financial and corporate reporting principles and practices within a range of business contexts and situations.

	    The financial reporting framework ,Professional ethics,Employee benefits and event occurance  2)Groups changes, Foreign exch,Financial statement and Changes in Accounting Regulation
	    Course Intended Learning Objectives :
 
- Evaluate the key theories of ethics and the moral reasoning.
 - Appraise the interaction between corporate reporting to stakeholders and the boundaries of socially acceptable behavior by enterprises.
 - Evaluate the key principles of sustainability and CSR and appraise the major frameworks and standards available for social and environmental/sustainability reporting 
 - Evaluate the development of corporate governance theory and practice.
 - Evaluate the complications of financial and corporate accounting of current developments in corporate governance and CSR internationally by applying International Accounting Standard
 - Lecture and Workshop including Discussion in Group online only.
 - Assignment Submission or Group participant online only .
