This module aims to provide a basic understanding on service-oriented architecture. It enhances the public view on service-oriented architecture as collection of services with message-oriented middleware (MOM), Java EE and .NET Web Service, and Enterprise Services Buses (ESB). It also provides a theoritical background on SOA architectural principles. Before having an excersise on a case study of Banking Industry Architecture, this module equips the participant with design and implementation of service oriented architecture framework and its components
